From the southwest:

Take Hwy. 151 north. Exit at Hwy. 64. Go east (right) on Hwy. 64. Jones Regional is about a quarter mile down and on the right (south).

From the north:

Take Hwy. 151 south. Exit at Hwy. 64. Go east (left) on Hwy. 64. Jones Regional is about a quarter mile down and on the right (south).

From the east:

Take Hwy. 64 west. Jones Regional is on the south (left) side of the highway about a quarter a mile before you reach the Hwy. 151 interchange.
